St. Anthony Hospital Home Care provides intermittent, part-time health care in the comfort of your home. When you or someone you love faces an illness, familiar surroundings and family support are important in healing and recovery.
St. Anthony Hospital Home Care professional nursing staff is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to care for patients of all ages. We work closely with you and your physician to develop an individualized plan of care, based on your physician’s orders. We support patients in their goals to reach and maintain the maximum level of independence at home.
St. Anthony Hospital Home Care is certified by Medicare and Medicaid, accredited by The Joint Commission and licensed by the state of Oregon. Our qualified staff offers the following services:
